Have you had cross country before? had cross county on Thursday the 11th it’s like A running sport that the whole school does.When I got to the starting line I  was nervous because I  because I thought I would come last.

Mr Burt said Ready set go.We all raced’ down to the paddocks and I could feel the’ mud squishing between  my toes.

When it came to an end I put 100% Effort  in My run  I came 5th I love running’ because It makes me get fitter!!!

Yasmin couldn’t dive into the pool. She kept diving and one of the boys was bullying  her. She was emburst.

Have you ever been to the life Education caravan  before? Every year we go there to learn about keeping our bodies safe.we learn about ways of keeping our bodies healthy and good our body parts.

We learned about five things that help our bodies to grow. one of them is eating healthy food like fruit. you can only eat 2 fruit or 1 A day. it’s good to always drink water because it is good  for you. We need plenty of oxygen and rest too.  

The thing I liked the most is that we got to explain about what we eat in our countries.

this week we have been leaning about length.To learn about kilometres we used google maps.We had to find out how many kilometres there are from Auckland to Wellington.The answer is 650 km.

I found out that there are 4 hours and 31 kilometres from Auckland to taupo

my holiday Highlight

Did you enjoy the holidays? well i did me and my family went to my mum sisters wedding her name is Francis. we went to a church in Manurewa and that is where she got married. the food was yum to eat at the reception in the hall. My favourite part of the wedding was when my aunty sang a song for the cutting of the cake.

On the second week of the holiday we got to get into our uniform to perform a cook island dance at the Glen Innes markets. my parents watched me perform. I liked when my Mum and Dad watched me I love them.

My favorite part of the wedding was that my aunty was happy.I felt so glad that i was going back to school!!!

Ann walked to school because she missed the bus. She walked across the paddock to take a short cut. First she had to jump the fence. Ann ran across the paddock and when she came to a wooden bridge she almost slipped . Ann saw a mother picked sheep calling for it’s lamb. A lamb is a baby sheep. The lamb was bleating and stuck in a pool of icy water. Ann picked up the lamb and carried it to his mother. Then Ann carried on to school.

I love swimming
